What sounds are important to you? When you leave your community, what sounds seem different or altogether missing? Are the sounds around you changing? What did your environment sound like a generation ago? Do you know of a collection of local sound recordings you would like to share?

Our goal is to help facilitate Interactive Soundscape projects by providing the Interactive Soundscape Designer software, technical and logistical support and advice on how to and where to install one. Libraries, historical societies and other curators of local culture are ideal locations, as well as the odd art gallery or even Main Street coffee shop.
